Our Purpose:
- To encourage participation in and sportsmanlike conduct at dog shows, obedience trials and other events in which our Mastiffs may
participate;
- To encourage selective breeding of quality purebred Mastiffs and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities
to perfection;
- To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by The American Kennel Club as the
only standard of excellence by which Mastiffs shall be judged;
- To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of
the breed and to protect and improve the quality of life for Mastiffs;
- To conduct sanctioned matches, conformation trials, obedience
trials, agility trials, carting tests, tracking tests, and licensed specialty shows under the rules and regulations of The American
Kennel Club;
- To provide continuing education geared to both the novice and the experienced Mastiff owner as well as the general
public;
- To publish a Newsletter/Journal for the exchange of news, views and helpful information;
- To support the Mastiff Club
of America’s national rescue efforts.
